The successful Tenderer will be required to:
• organise and attend meetings, brief the Chair, take notes, prepare minutes and action items.
• undertake good record keeping including creating and maintaining a central location for meeting records.
• prepare reports on behalf of the committees.
In addition to the above services, the successful Tenderer may also be required to undertake one-off minor research or development projects (eg literature reviews) with the assistance of experts
