Customised Election Materials

The Customised Materials are required to support the facilitation of the voting process, and include products used:
(a) during the voting process; including banners, hazard/barrier tape, and ballot boxes;
(b) by polling officials; including bibs and vests, badge holders, lanyards and certified list rulers;
(c) in transporting, counting and storing ballot material; including tamper evident tape, security seals and hi-viz vests.
The AEC will exclude a Tenderer from further consideration if the Tenderer does not meet the following Conditions for Participation:
(a) the Tenderer either:
i. holds a a valid and satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the RFT Closing Time; or
ii. has a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the RFT Closing Time, and holds a valid and satisfactory Statement of Tax Record no later than 4 business days from the RFT Closing Time; and
(b) the Tenderer holds a valid and satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver goods or services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive).
