Exhibition Services Panel (Stage 2)
The Lead Customer is approaching the market to establish a new Standing Offer Arrangement in a two stage process. Stage one sought responses to supply exhibition design services, for the Memorial’s normal ongoing gallery operations (permanent, temporary and travelling exhibitions) and the additional exhibitions scope of the Project. The procurement process for stage one is now complete.
Following receipt of EPBC project approval and PWC approval for concurrent documentation in December 2020, the Memorial is now commencing stage two of this procurement. Stage two of this procurement process will extend the Panel to include exhibition construction and fabrication services, custom and proprietary showcases, audiovisual equipment, audiovisual production services, audiovisual integration and installation services, lighting integration and installation services, graphic design and illustration services, graphic production, object support design and fabrication, fabrication of other related tertiary components and content design and production services for props, dioramas and mechanical interactives.
This panel will be used by the Memorial to deliver both its normal ongoing gallery program of works as well as works to be delivered under the Development Project, including the delivery of approximately 12,000m2 of new and repurposed gallery spaces.
The Memorial considers this procurement approach will allow for flexibility to deliver expansive exhibition design requirements, whilst addressing risks and industry capacity. It enables the Memorial to engage a range of specialists to deliver bespoke solutions to deliver innovative outcomes, contributing to the high quality objective of the Memorial.
a) a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Closing Time, or a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Closing Time; and
b) for any Subcontractor that the Respondent proposes to engage to deliver Goods or Services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive), a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for that Subcontractor by the Closing Time, or a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Closing Time.
