Description:

DHA require Service Providers to undertake:a) Bulk Valuations - to establish rental valuations and market rent valuations for properties of interest to DHA; andb) Individual Valuations - for residential properties being considered for acquisition, disposal, construction and/or leasing. This includes market rent and ad hoc valuations where this is required for operation reasons. DHA seek to put in place a non-exclusive panel arrangement for a period of three (3) years with the option of extending the contract for a further two periods of one year each if DHA is satisfied with the Service Providers' performance.

Conditions for Participation:

The Service Providers will be required to provide suitably qualified and experienced personnel that are all current members of the Australian Property Institute, registered to value property in the location where services are delivered.
