Early Contractor Involvement Head Contract (ECI HC-1 2022)
The Early Contractor Involvement Head Contract (ECI HC-1 2022) is a two stage Contract where the successful applicant is appointed to provide buildability, constructability, programming, staging, cost planning and risk mitigation advice during the Planning Phase.
The scope of works includes an extension to Parkes Wharf, upgrades to the existing Parkes Wharf and landside works.
The Early Contractor Involvement Head Contractor appointment for the Delivery Phase is subject to Delivery Phase Agreement under the Contract with the Commonwealth.
