Head Design Services Contractor - Perth Precinct Project

CSIRO through this RFT is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Head Design Contractor to manage the Design Services for the Perth Precinct Project (P3).
The aim of P3 is to relocate identified CSIRO business areas from the CSIRO Floreat site, predominately Building 1 and the Leeuwin Centre, to Kensington and Waterford sites to begin consolidation of the nominated Perth sites.
This involves the relocation of approximately 180 staff.
An industry briefing will be held on Friday 24 January 2020 at the CSIRO Waterford Site located at 7 Conlon Street Waterford WA 6152, commencing at 10:00 am (AWST). Attendance at the Industry Briefing is not a mandatory requirement; however, it is recommended.
Please note the Industry Brief will include a visual presentation and as such, Tenderers who choose to dial in may not be able to view the visual presentation. However, CSIRO will provide a copy of the Visual Presentation to Tenderers via AusTender shortly after the Industry Brief.
Registrations to attend the Industry Briefing are to be sent to the CSIRO Contact Officer via CSIRORFT2020006@CSIRO.auprior to COB (AWST) Thursday 23 January 2020.
Attendance in person
Please register your attendance by providing your company name, name, email and phone number of each attendee (maximum of 3 representatives per Tenderer).
Attendance via Teleconferencing
Please provide your company name and email addresses for CSIRO to send an invitation, which will include instruction on how to connect in.
Note to Tenderers: To enable a quick registration process, within your registration request, can you please include whether attendance will be in person or via teleconference.
Tenderers will be required to either switch off or mute their mobile phones during the Industry Brief. If tenderers choose to dial in, they must mute their phones to avoid unnecessary disturbance to others.
Tenderers are to note that any questions raised during the Industry Brief and site walk will need to be submitted via CSIRORFT2020006@CSIRO.au.
5.1 Conditions for Participation
5.1.1Subject to clause 5.7, Unintentional Errors of Form, CSIRO will exclude a Tenderer from further consideration and evaluation if CSIRO considers in its absolute discretion that the conditions for participation set out in this clause have not been met by the Tenderer. Notwithstanding anything else contained in this Tender, only requirements listed in this clause will be deemed conditions for participation.
a.the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Tender Closing Time and Date
b.at the time of lodgement of their Tender, Tenderers must not have been:
i.precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or
ii.subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements (not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim
c.the Tenderer must comply with all Mandatory Requirements identified in the Attachment A - SOR (Statement of Requirements).
