Provision of Maintenance and Supply of Data
Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart
Australian Business Licence and Information Service (ABLIS) and business.gov.au, whole-of-government services delivered by the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources, require information management services for the following:
• Monitoring, maintenance and supply of Commonwealth Business License Information (CBLI) and Commonwealth Codes of Practice (CCOP) datasets
• Assessing and making recommendations on proposed changes to the ABLIS taxonomies or vocabularies on behalf of the Commonwealth
• Monitoring, maintenance, supply and uploading of the Commonwealth Government, State and Territory Governments and Local Government Areas and Councils grants and assistance, and event and training information
• Monitoring, maintenance, supply and uploading of Commonwealth Government, and State and Territory Government small business advisory details.
· The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
· The tenderer confirms that in dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply with Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and relevant work health and safety laws.
· The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
