Description:

The ADS beamlines are the fifth and sixth beamlines being built within the Australian Synchrotron/ANSTO BR–GHT program. The ADS beamlines project encompasses design, procurement, build/installation and commissioning phases. The beamline will commence user operations in July 2023.

Two simultaneously operating ADS (ADS-1 and ADS-2) beamlines will operate independently with the beam generated by a powerful superconducting multipole wiggler (SCMPW). The supplier shall design and supply a goniometer for the endstation of the ADS-1 beamline.
