Description:

Director of National Parks, being a corporation continuing under section 514A of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth) request for tenders for the provision of plumbing, pump-out and related maintenance services at Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.

Conditions for Participation:

The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.3).

•&nbsp

The Tenderer and its Personnel that will be involved in the delivery of Supplies must hold or demonstrate the ability to obtain A Northern Territory Plumbing (Advanced Tradesman) and / or Gasfitter Type B – Appliance Licence, or

hold an interstate equivalent to a Northern Territory Plumbing (Advanced Tradesman) and / or Gasfitter Type B – Appliance Licence, and demonstrate the ability to obtain a Northern Territory (Advanced Tradesman) or Gasfitter Type B Licence prior to commencing any works under this Service Category.

Staff having undertaken Confined Space training, such as RIIWHS202D Enter and work in confined spaces, or equivalent.

Timeframe for Delivery:

A deed for the Supplies substantially in the form of the Draft Agreement is expected to commence on 01 February 2021 and conclude on 31 January 2024 with an option for the Director to extend for a further Two (2) years.
