Description:

The Riverina Redevelopment Program (RRP) is a large-scale redevelopment of three key Defence Training Bases located in the Riverina Murray Valley region of NSW and Victoria. Defence intends to use a programmatic delivery methodology to maximise planning, approvals, construction and market efficiencies including with regard to the Government’s Local Industry Capability Plan and Indigenous Procurement Policy initiatives.

Defence invites potential tenderers to provide feedback its potential development and delivery strategy currently being considered for implementation. Feedback from potential tenderers with the organisational experience, capability and capacity to deliver the RRP will then inform finalisation of Defence’s approach.

The services include the design and, subject to approvals, the construction of infrastructure and facilities in respect to three separately funded Redevelopment Projects:
