This is a notice for a Market Sounding.
To assist the Commonwealth of Australia (Commonwealth), represented by the Department of Defence, in considering the potential delivery methodology for the Canberra Defence Precinct Tranche 1, EST02100 (the Project), the Commonwealth invites participation in a market sounding process in accordance with this document (Market Sounding) from persons or entities interested in participating in the planning and delivery of the Project (Respondent).
The Canberra Defence Precinct Tranche 1 Project is located at the Australian Defence Force Academy in the Australian Capital Territory and includes the following:
a) Replacement of existing Living In Accommodation;
b) Increase in existing carparking;
c) Ancillary external facilities; and
d) External infrastructure to support the new facilities.
