RFT 19/755 Science Modules

The purpose of this approach to market is to identify a preferred Supplier with demonstrated and relevant expertise and experience, to design and construct six scientific research offshore services modules for the RSV Nuyina Project.
The scope of Science Modules consists of the following types and quantities:
a. one (1) x General Purpose Laboratory;
b. one (1) x Temperature Controlled Laboratory;
c. one (1) x Explosive Gas Laboratory;
d. two (2) x Aquaria Laboratories; and
e. one (1) x Aquaria Plant Module.

The supply must be provided in accordance with the Statement of Requirement (SoR) in the RFT and subject to the terms and conditions set out in, or referred to, in RFT 19/755 Science Modules. Neither the lowest nor any RFT Response may necessarily be accepted. The AAD reserves the right to abandon or terminate any aspect of the RFT at any stage if it is not in the public interest to proceed. Late submissions will not be accepted and submissions forwarded by facsimile or email will not be accepted. Potential Suppliers should note that the Draft Goods and Services Agreement is indicative of standard terms and conditions that will form the basis of a formal agreement only and any contractual arrangement with a preferred Supplier will be subject to change. The AAD reserves the right to consider alternative terms and conditions of contract.
