AIR05428PH3 - Air Mission Training System
This notification is to advise industry of the intent to conduct a virtual Industry Briefing via Microsoft Teams (due to the impact of COVID-19 restrictions), with some limited in-person attendance in Canberra, on 14 October 2020. The Briefing is in relation to the Request for Information (RFI) recently released to market for Project AIR05428PH3, and will be hosted by the Commonwealth. The Briefing will provide an opportunity for Defence to annotate the requirements as specified in the RFI, as well as an opportunity for industry to ask questions of key Defence stakeholders. The Briefing will commence at 1400 and conclude by 1600.
Registered participants will receive an invitation to join the virtual Industry Briefing sent to the email address(es) previously provided. Invitees should select 'Join' to enter the event.
Participants are to register by emailing the ATM Contact no later than 4:00 pm on 8 October 2020. The following registration details are required: name; role; company represented; email address used to access Microsoft Teams; and mobile number. Upon receipt, the Commonwealth will forward Teams log in details. Failure to register will preclude participation in the Briefing.
