The ANAO is seeking the services of suitably qualified and accredited organisations for provision of services for the audit of the financial statements of:

1.Administrative Appeals Tribunal

2.Australian Curriculum Assessment and Reporting Authority

3.Australian Hearing Services

4.Australian Human Rights Commission

5.Australian Law Reform Commission

6.Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre

7.Infrastructure Australia

8.Office of the Australian Information Commissioner

9.Tourism Australia

10.Workplace Gender Equality Agency 

 

A detailed statement of the required services (Services) is contained in the Part 2 – Statement of Requirement of this RFT.

Tenderers are reminded of the requirements relating to auditor appointment, independence and rotation in Part 2M.4 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act), when the audit is of a Corporations Act body.

 

:

1.Condition For Participation #1: Identity And Financial Situation Of Tenderer.

A.At the time of providing a Tender response and at all times during the Tender Evaluation Process the Tenderer must be a registered company auditor (as defined in the Corporations Act), and, must not be bankrupt or insolvent.

B.Required: Complete Section 2 – Tenderer’s Details and Information of Part 3 – Tender Response General.

 

2.Condition For Participation #2:  Security Clearance.

A.The Tenderer must ensure that the Specified Personnel nominated to undertake the requirements specified in the Statement of Requirement:

1.Can at a minimum, successfully undertake identity and police checks. The audit team is expected to be subject to the contracted firm’s usual employee suitability assessment processes, and

2.Where required, have or give an undertaking to gain, a security clearance.

B.For each of its Specified Personnel, the Tenderer must provide details of:

1.Their security clearance or;

2.An undertaking that the person is eligible and will acquire, the required level of security clearance before being authorised to perform any work in relation to the Statement of Requirement.

Three years. Two options of 2-years in duration will be included in the contract.
