The Reserve Bank seeks to establish a supplier panel for end-to-end digitisation services, including but not limited to:
- Transportation
- Preparation
- Temporary Storage
- Provision of digital scans, optical character recognition
- Reassembly and safe return of records
for a variety of record categories (e.g. paper files, books, lever arch files, ledgers, registers, early colonial records, photographs, glass negatives, film, plans, drawings, designs, posters, presentation materials, etc.) and of varying degrees of fragility, conservation need and intrinsic value.

The Respondent exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.
The Proposal must include a completed and signed Response Deed.
The Respondent must:
- be able to perform the digitisation services in Australia in order to minimise the risks of damage, loss and security as a result of transport.
- provide at least one contactable reference for prior digitisation of permanent value archival records (archival resources of the Commonwealth for the purposes of s3(2) of the Archives Act 1983) perfomed in Australia
