UPCOMING OPPORTUNITY TO PROVIDE EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP) SERVICES TO DEPARTMENT OF DEFENCE AND AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT AGENCIES - COOPERATIVE AGENCY PROCUREMENT
This Notice is intended to notify industry of the upcoming release of a Request for Tender (RFT) to establish a Standing Offer Panel Contract for the provision of Employee Assistance Program Services to the Department of Defence (Defence) and other Australian Government entities.
Defence will lead a co-operative procurement process to establish the EAP Standing Offer Panel contract in conjunction with other Australian Government Agencies. The scope of services under the EAP Standing Offer Panel will be informed by the Principles for Better Practice EAP Services and Monitoring and Evaluation Framework developed by Comcare and the EAPAA Standards for Australia and New Zealand issued by the Employee Assistance Professional Association of Australasia.
It is anticipated that the RFT will be published via AusTender in late November 2021 or thereafter, and close in early February 2022. Provision of services under the EAP Standing Offer Panel Deed are expected to commence in July 2022 and it is intended that Australian Government Agencies will be able to access the panel as it will be open as Multi Agency Access (MAA).
