Norfolk Island National Park Road Upgrade
The Director of National Parks, being a corporation continuing under section 514A of the Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, request for tenders for the Norfolk Island Park Road Upgrade.
1. The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.3).
2. The Tenderer has attended the industry briefing (see paragraph 2.2(b))
3. The Tenderer is (or will be at the time of entering a contract) accredited under the Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme, established under the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016, (see paragraph 9.5, Schedule 2& Attachment 1 of Schedule 2)
