N2286 - Invitation To Register Interest - Design Services Contract (DSC-1 2003) - HMAS Harman Redevelopment

The services include design and related services in respect of the following scope of works:
a) Power Supply Upgrade works which includes a new HV internal ring main to safeguard future supply to base capability and operations;
b) Supporting infrastructure upgrade works to existing facilities to address infrastructure deficiencies;
c) Replacement of existing working accommodations with new purpose-built facilities to overcome asset and infrastructure condition and capacity issues and meet functional needs;
d) Refurbishment of two existing Living-In-Accommodation (LIA) buildings and demolition of one LIA building to remediate health and safety risks and improve efficiencies and operating costs while ensuring Harman LIA retains sufficient capacity to meet demand; and
e) New entry precinct.

The award date for the contract is anticipated to be in or about October 2019, with completion in or about January 2024.
