Colliers International, on behalf of the Attorney-General's Department (AGD), invites potential suppliers to submit a submission for the provision of leased office accommodation for:
• The location parameters within Brisbane CBD
• Net Lettable Area (NLA) of approximately 1,300-1,800sqm
• Lease term of ten (10) years with two (2) by five (5) year options.
