This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the establishment of a Deed of Standing Offer Arrangement (DoSO) for the provision of a panel of experienced suppliers to provide end to end digitisation services for paper and printed materials, using procedures endorsed by the National Archives of Australia (National Archives). The National Archives wishes to establish this panel for five years (with options to extend at the sole discretion of the National Archives).

  • ACT: Wednesday 14 August 2019, 11:00am at 30 Vicars Street, Mitchell ACT 2911. Booking details at NAAPOC12262@naa.gov.au.
  • NSW: Thursday 15 August 2019, 11:00am at 120 Miller Road, Chester Hill NSW 2162. Booking details at NAAPOC12262@naa.gov.au.

Questions will be permitted up until 5:00pm, 27 August 2019, ACT local time.

The Customer will exclude a Response from further consideration if at any time before a Deed of Standing Offer is executed the Potential Supplier does not provide:

a) a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Closing Time, or a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Closing Time; and

b) for any Subcontractor that the Potential Supplier proposes to engage to deliver Goods or Services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive), a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for that Subcontractor.

In any case, the Customer will exclude a Response from further consideration unless the Supplier has provided all required Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record no later than 4 business days from the Closing Time and before the award of any contract, whichever is earlier.

The Lead Customer will also exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with:

c) The CCS DoSO response form

d) The Protection of Movable Cultural Heritage Regulations 2018, Schedule 1, National Cultural Heritage Control List https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2018L01710
