Description:

Evolve FM are seeking Expressions of Interest for the provision of leased office accommodation for premises located wtihin Melbourne CBD and/or Docklands Vic, ranging from 6,500 to 7,000 square metres NLA of high quality, air conditioned, customer service delivery accommodation.

Must be within commercial and retail precincts with good access to public transport Environmental standard of minimum 5.5 star NABERS.

Lease term of five (5) up to ten (10) years will be considered.

The building must be existing or a build in progress that can meet stated timesframes. Preferred Grad A office building design based on 'A Guide to Office Building Quality' (Property Council of Australia).

Both co-location as well as separate locations will be considered.
