Services Australia is issuing this Approach to Market on behalf of the National Disability Insurance Agency for the Partners in the Community Program.
This notice provides information regarding Early Childhood and Local Area Coordination Services for the Partners in the Community (PITC) Program. The tender documents (including Agreement) are attached on AusTender under ‘ATM Documents'.
Potential tenderers are invited to register their interest to attend an Industry Briefing session. Information and dates for these sessions are provided in the link provided in 'Other Instructions' located below.

Industry Briefing
The NDIA will be holding virtual Industry Briefings for interested parties on:
Session 1: Wednesday 30 March 2022 1-3pm ACT local time
Session 2: Thursday 31 March 2022 2-4pm ACT local time
Both sessions will provide an overview of the tender statement of requirements, focus of services, funding model, performance management framework, and indicative timeframes.

A pre-recorded Industry Briefing will be made available via AusTender from 1 April 2022. The NDIA may choose not to proceed with one or more of the Industry Briefings if there is insufficient interest as measured from pre-registration.

The Tenderer must be a legal entity recognised under Australian law at the Close Time.
Transition In is expected to commence on 1 April 2023
Full service delivery to commence by 1 July 2023
The term of the contractual arrangement with the successful Tenderer(s) will be 5 years plus up to 2 x 1 year options to extend.
