Geoscience Australia is seeking to provision of the following ICT Services:
Core Workplace Services;
Network Services;
Infrastructure Operations Services; and
ICT Security Services
Tenderer must:
(a) provide all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record by the Closing Time, in accordance with paragraph 1.1 of Attachment B2 - Tenderer's Details; or
(b) if a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record cannot be provided by the Closing Time, have a receipt issued by the Australian Taxation Office demonstrating that the relevant Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Closing Time, and provide the Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record no later than four (4) Business Days after the Closing Time (unless the Tenderer provides substantiating evidence from the Australian Taxation Office that the Australian Taxation Office is unable to provide the Statements of Tax Record within the required timeframe); and
(c) in relation to any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver goods or services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive) if known at the time of submission:
i. provide a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Closing Time; or
ii. if a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record cannot be provided by the Closing Time, have a receipt issued by the Australian Taxation Office demonstrating that the relevant Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office for that first tier subcontractor by the Closing Time, and provide the Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for that first tier subcontractor no later than four (4) Business Days after the Closing Time (unless the Tenderer provides substantiating evidence from the Australian Taxation Office that the Australian Taxation Office is unable to provide the Statements of Tax Record within the required timeframe).
Anticipated start April 2021.
The initial term for the Contract will be for a period of three (3) years (Initial Term).
The maximum Term will be five (5) years.
