Colliers International, on behalf of the Attorney-General's Department (AGD), invites potential suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest for the provision of leased office accommodation for:
• The location parameters within Sydney CBD
• Net Lettable Area (NLA) of approximately 1,800 – 2,400sqm
• Lease term of ten (10) years with two (2) by five (5) year options.
