The Australia Cambodia Cooperation for Equitable and Sustainable Services - Phase II (ACCESS II) program, builds on more than a decade of Australian bilateral support for gender-based violence (GBV) and disability service delivery in Cambodia, starting with our Ending Violence Against Women (EVAW, 2012-2017) and Disability Rights Initiative Cambodia (DRIC, 2013-2018) programs. The successor to our EVAW and DRIC programs is the ACCESS program (2018 – 2023) which is focused on improving the inclusiveness, quality and sustainability of services for persons with disabilities and women affected by GBV.
