AIFS is searching for a fieldwork provider that has the capacity to undertake nation-wide face-to-face interviews on a sample of about 7,500 young people, as well as conduct CATI interviews on a sample of about 12,000 parents. The successful supplier would also need to innovate methodologies for our sample maintenance, data collection and respondent engagement needs, and undertake contact and survey data management activities.

The successful supplier would be required for up to three waves of the study (Waves 10, 11 and 12). This RFT is seeking detailed proposals and costings to conduct Waves 10 and 11 of the study in the first instance. It is AIFS intention to enter into a contract for both these waves, along with an option to extend the contract to a third wave of data collection (i.e. for Wave 12) subject to future funding.

:

AIFS will not consider joint Tenders, although consortia are permitted where a lead organisation has been nominated with whom AIFS can singularly contract with. Subcontracts with consortia members will be allowed.

Shortlisted applicants may be invited for interview and presentation from 6-10 December 2021.
