KESATUAN: Support and Implementation for Health Security in Indonesia and the Indo-Pacific
AIHSP aims to increase national health security in Indonesia so that women, men and communities are less at risk of emerging infectious diseases/zoonoses, thereby contributing to Australian, regional and global health security as well as supporting sustainable economic development and food security in Indonesia.
HSI will contribute to the avoidance and containment of infectious disease threats in the Indo-Pacific with the potential to cause social and economic harms on a national, regional or global scale.
1. The Tenderer must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth);
2. The Tenderer must not be listed on the World Bank List or any similar List maintained by a development donor or is the submit of an information investigation or temporary suspension which couldlead the Tenderer becoming so listed;
3. The Tenderer must not be subject to an adverse Court or Tribunal decision (not including decisions under appeal) for a breach of any workplacerelations law, work health and safety low, or workers' compensation law, or if the Tenderer is subject, that the Tenderer has fully complied, or is fully complying with the Court or Tribunal order; and
4. The Tenderer agrees to contract as a single legal entity.
