The supply of a single FE-SEM with EDS Microanalysis, GSR analysis and MIC system
The AFP is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the supply of a single Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM) with Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDS) Microanalysis, Gunshot Residue (GSR) analysis and Mineral Identification and Characterisation (MIC) system including software and related services.
The AFP will exclude a Tender from further consideration if it considers that, at the time of lodgement of the Tender, the tenderer:
(a) does not exist as a legal entity (see clause 2.3);
(b) is not solvent or financially viable; or
(c) does not hold an Authorisation necessary for it to be able to perform the Services tendered for in accordance with applicable laws.
The AFP will not enter into a contract with Service Providers who have had a judicial decision against it (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim.
