Description:

The Department is seeking to procure the services of suitably skilled providers (Contracted Decision Makers) to supply Child Support Change of Assessment services under Part 6A of the Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989 and Objection services under Part 7 of the Child Support (Registration and Collection) Act 1988 (including Extension of Time and Ad Hoc services) as outlined in this RFT and Draft Contract.

Conditions for Participation:

The Tenderer must not be bankrupt or insolvent at the time of submitting a Tender.

Timeframe for Delivery:

The term of the contractual arrangement with the successful Tenderer or successful Tenderers, as the case requires, will be three (3) years with the Department having one (1) option to extend for up to one (1) year.
