The evaluation criteria contained within the REOI will be used to short list respondents to be invited to participate in a potential subsequent RFT. There will be no limitation on the number of short listed respondents that could potentially be invited. The evaluation criteria for any subsequent RFT will be provided to potential short list respondents when they are invited to participate in any subsequent procurement process related to this REOI.

Description:

The Department is issuing two other REOI’s with the purpose of supplying other required solutions for the trial. These are ATM ID 10020350 and ATM ID 10020351.

The manual-based solution will simulate a prepaid permit system by utilising equipment such as hubodometers to capture and record data about the distance a vehicle has travelled. Using this system, a participant in the National Pilot is required to purchase a set amount of kilometres, the equipment then measures the distance travelled, and this data is matched against the purchased kilometres, with ‘top up’ reminders to simulate a real pre-paid system.
