Rotary Wing Maritime Response and Logistics Support Services
The Department of Home Affairs (Home Affairs) and the Australian Border Force (ABF) is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of rotary wing maritime response and logistics support services (the Services) to support law enforcement activities in the Torres Strait and adjacent areas.
Further details are provided in the Overview of Requirements (REOI Attachment A).
The Department intends to run a two stage procurement process for the Services, being this REOI Process, followed by a RFT.
Following the completion of the REOI Process, the Department may, at its sole discretion, issue a RFT for any or all of the Services described in this REOI to a selection of not more than four Respondents evaluated as suitable through this REOI Process.
The Respondent and any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of the Response, to engage to deliver goods or services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive) must either:

hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the REOI Closing Time; or

have a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) by the REOI Closing Time, and holds a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record no later than 4 business days from the REOI Closing Time.
