EST02003– HMAS Creswell Mid Term Refresh - Design Service Contract (DSC-1 2003) - Invitation to Register Interest
The services include design and related services in respect of the following works:

High Voltage (HV) Power Network. Poor condition of deteriorating substations and cabling, and adverse configuration of the HV network.

Base Emergency Power. Poor condition of the existing local emergency generator and no redundancy power for the base gymnasium, which is the designated emergency/fire refuge for Creswell.

Waterfront Security. No existing security infrastructure at the base waterfront, which interfaces with public areas.

Sewerage Network. Poor condition sewerage network infrastructure and sewage pump station control panel enclosures.

Potable Water Network. Poor condition potable water network infrastructure and undocumented pipework across the base.

Car parking. Insufficient base car parking to high activity areas including the waterfront, quarterdeck and Living in Accommodation (LIA).

Irrigation Network. Poor condition irrigation network infrastructure.

Jervis Bay Range Facility (JBRF) Security. Inadequate entry point security infrastructure to limit unauthorised access at JBRF.
- Wardroom Plumbing. Poor condition plumbing throughout the Wardroom

Building Code 2016
The Building Code 2016 applies. If the Building Code 2016 applies then by lodging a Registration of Interest, the Applicant will become subject to the Building Code 2016.

WHS Accreditation Scheme
The WHS Accreditation Scheme pursuant to the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth) applies/. Further information regarding the WHS Accreditation Scheme is provided in the Invitation to Register Interest.

The works described in the Invitation to Register Interest are a "public work" and therefore subject to section 18 of the Public Works Committee Act 1969 (Cth).
