RFT Head Contract (Construct Only) – Department of Health and Aged Care - New Ways of Working Sirius Building Level 6
Head Contractor (MW-2-2021) The services include construction services only with respect to the following scope of works:
Undertake fitout works on Level 6 of 23 Furzer St, Woden ACT incorporating 4,711 square metres, implementing the objectives and principles of the New Ways of Working Program.
Industry Briefing
An industry briefing will be held on 23 August 2022.

The works described in the Request for Tender are a "public work" and therefore subject to section 18 of the Public Works Committee Act 1969 (Cth).

The award date for the contract will be in or about September 2022 with completion of the works in or about January 2023.
