Stage one is to provide the Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement to the Tender Administrator. Stage two will provide access to the Tender Documentations post submission of the Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement.

Description:

The Works are to establish maritime infrastructure, services infrastructure and limited facilities / amenities that support safe and secure berthing of the Guardian Class Patrol (GPB) vessels being gifted by the Australian Government to the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) and Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) under the Pacific Maritime Security Program (PMSP).

This ATM contains the Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement that is required to be submitted to the Tender Administrator (via email) prior to being granted access to the suite of Tender Documentation.
