The Australian Public Service (APS) Regulatory training pilot was announced as part of the JobMaker Plan – Deregulation Package to build APS regulator capability in the 2020-2021 Budget.

The Customer will exclude from consideration any Response that does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions for Participation:
• Respondents must be a legal entity that is capable of entering into a contract with the Commonwealth.
• Respondents must have experience in designing and/or delivering learning content based on legal/regulatory frameworks.
• Respondents must have experience in designing and delivering blended, modular learning programs.
