The dog transportation service is required to move the department's detector dogs between the Banksmeadow kennel facility and the International Airport and International Mail Centre at Clyde. This service is required seven days per week across rostered hours.

The Customer will exclude from consideration any response that does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions for Participation:
1. The Tender exists as a legal entity at the Tender Closing Time and Date
2. The Tenderer must be compliant with:
- NSW Animal Welfare Code of Practice No 1 - Companion Animal Transport Agencies
- Prevention of Cruelty Act 1979 - NSW Legislation
- Work Health and Safety Act 2011
3. Vehicles(s) must be compliant with all local, State and Commonwealth Regulations, Laws and Codes applicable to the commercial Transport.
