ANSTO has a variety of Audio Visual (AV) equipment in each meeting room of varying ages, quality and condition across the Lucas Heights campus. There is a growing demand for users to have a seamless meeting experience and therefore this project will focus on not only refreshing the technology hardware where applicable but also how the user meeting experience can be improved through the integration of the meeting room technology and the ANSTO M365 products (MS Outlook / Teams) and compatibility with typical conferencing platforms (WebEx, Zoom & Skype).
Given the number of meeting across ANSTO a phased approach has been agreed with an initial list of rooms provided for phase one (this RFT).
