The Reserve Bank will exclude a Tenderer from the Tender evaluation process if at any time before a contract is executed, the Reserve Bank considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation:
a. the Tenderer exists as a legal entity in Australia at the Closing Time;
b. the Tenderer is a Cisco Certified Global Gold Partner in Australia.
The following are minimum content and format requirements:
a. all Tenders, including any attachments, must be in English;
b. any reference in Tenders relating to measurements and dimensions must be expressed in metric units;
c. the Tender must include a completed and signed Tender Schedule 1 – Tenderer’s Details and Deed; and
d) If the Tenderer does not comply with any one or more of the minimum content and format requirements described in clause 31 of the RFT, it will be excluded from the Tender evaluation process.
The contract will allow for a period of 5 years.
