Formation of a Panel arrangement for the provision of ground direction finding units
This procurement aims to establish a panel of providers of DF units that can be accessed by AMSA or by other government agencies, both Commonwealth and State/Territory, to enable procurement of direction finding units that are most suited to the operating conditions they will be used in
a. The Tenderer must have an Australian Business Number (ABN).
b. The Tenderer must not be subject to any bankruptcy proceedings at the Closing Time.
c. The Tenderer must not be insolvent at the Closing Time.
d. The Tenderer must not be subject to any legal proceedings that may impact it’s ability to supply the Goods and Services.
The resultant deed of standing offer is expected to commence in January, 2020 for an initial term of 3 years with two one year extension options available.
