This REOI is Stage 1 of a possible two stage procurement process. Comcare may discontinue or amend this REOI process, or accept or reject a Response, at its absolute discretion. Following this REOI process, Comcare may conduct a subsequent Request for Tender (RFT) stage. Comcare does not intend to enter into a contract with any Respondent directly as a result of this REOI process. Comcare's preference is to shortlist REOI Respondents who may be invited to respond to the RFT to provide the Services based on their demonstrated ability to deliver the requirements outlined in this REOI. A failure to respond to this REOI may result in a Respondent not being eligible for or invited to participate in any subsequent RFT process.

Comcare invites interested suppliers to submit responses to this Expression of Interest (REOI) that have the capability, capacity and experience required to implement a new claims management system (Services) for Comcare that will replace Comcare's existing bespoke systems.
