The ATO is seeking to establish a Standing Offer with a single national supplier to deliver Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services, to our people, across all our locations in Australia.
The ATO is looking to expand our EAP service offering to meet the future needs of the ATO’s diverse workforce.
The ATO is seeking to partner with a single national EAP supplier to access counselling services, critical incident support, and contemporary prevention-focused mental health initiatives. The ATO has approximately 20,980 ongoing, non-ongoing and casual employees in 22 locations around Australia as at September 2020.
As per the attached documentation. NB The ATO will be in shutdown mode for the Christmas and New Year period from COB 23 December 2020 to 4 January 2021.
Any queries or questions through that period, including those in relation to the mandatory conditions of participation, will be actioned on return. (4 January 2021)
