Description:

This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the provision of services in Kennelling and Transportation for the Department’s detector dogs in Melbourne.

Conditions for Participation:

The Customer will exclude from consideration any Response that does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions for Participation:

1. Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the tender closing date and time

2. The tenderer must be complaint with:

Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1986 (POCTA)

Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Regulations 2008 (POCTA)

Domestic Animal Act (VIC) 1994

or any other local, state and Commonwealth Government legislation, regulations and codes of practice applicable to a commercial animal business.

3. Tenderer must be compliant with:

Occupational Safety & Health Act 2004

Occupational Safety & Health Regulations 2017

or any other local, state and Commonwealth Government legislation, regulations and codes of practice applicable to a OH&S in a commercial animal business.

4. Tenderer vehicle(s) must be compliant with all local, State and Commonwealth Government laws, regulations and codes of practice applicable to commercial transport of animals.
