Defence Housing Australia (DHA) invites responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of minor works to be carried out in accordance with these Conditions of Tender for Builder Upgrades – Puckapunyal. Victoria.

Only enquiries addressed to procurement@dha.gov.au and received prior to 3:00pm (Canberra Time) Tuesday, 1 November 2022, will be accepted.
a) The proposed site team has current Defence Common Access Cards (DCAC), or staff and sub-contractors will need to be eligible to obtain those.
Note: The process of obtaining a DCAC for foreign nationals is more stringent and may take several weeks to acquire.
b) The tenderer and any sub-contractors proposed in the tender must not be named as uncompliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth)
DHA anticipates contract commencement in November 2022.
