Grave Construction Services
The Office of Australian War Graves required services from the panel (“Services”) have been organised into the following five (2) categories
Category 1: Standard Infill
Category 2: Placement of Grave Cover
Category 3: Standard Jack-up
Category 4: Plaque Replacement
Category 5: New 'A' Type Desk & re-attach original plaque
Category 6: New Lawn Monument (Lawn Pedestal/Dutchstool/A Type Desk and Base)
Category 7: New Lawn Monument Granite
Category 8: Component (Pre-cast) Grave
Note: Tenderers should ensure all tender documentation is uploaded to the correct AusTender ATM ID.
The Customer will exclude a Response from further consideration if at any time before a Deed of Standing Offer is executed the Potential Supplier does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions for Participation:
1.The Tenderer must be a non-individual legal entity, such as an incorporated company, a trust where the trustee is an incorporated entity and the trust deed provisions are acceptable to DVA, or an incorporated association, at the time of submitting a response to this RFT.
The Customer will excludea Response from further consideration if at any time before a Deed of Standing Offer is executed the Potential Supplier does not provide:

Work Health and Safety (WHS) Plan

Confirmation of Insurance (refer to Annex A – 3.5 Insurance)

Qualifications in Stone Masonry and/or Concreting or the equivalent experience in a similar field (minimum three (3) years Stone Masonry, Concreting or equivalent experience)
3 year Period ending December 2023 with two year extension option
