National Plan Capability Assessment
A single Service Provider able to provide an assessment of national capability under the National Plan for Maritime Environmental Emergencies.
The purpose of the Statement of Capability will be to:
- develop a clear understanding of what capability is available under the National Plan arrangements and how it will be applied in each jurisdiction.
assess what the capability can achieve in terms that are relevant to the industries, organisations and state/territory governments that are the Plan’s stakeholders and clearly articulate:
1. the intent and effect of each element of capability, distinguishing between local, national and international resources; and
2. a qualitative (or quantitative if possible) understanding of its capacity
<span">Tenderer must hold an Australian Company Number (ACN) and/or an Australian Business Number (ABN) or an Australian Registered Body Number (ARBN)
deliverables to be completed no later than 1 December 2020
