Description:

The National Gallery of Australia is seeking responses from suitably qualified and creative operators for the provision of café services in 3 locations within the Gallery. The Gallery is seeking to engage Licensees who are able to provide innovative solutions which align to the Gallery brand and objectives. Respondents may bid for 1, 2 or all 3 sites. This is Stage 1 of a two stage EOI process.

Site Visit

A Site Visit will be conducted for the purpose of providing background information only. Attendance at the Site Visit is recommended however, is NOT a mandatory requirement for this EOI. Copies of any presentations and responses to questions provided at the Site Visit will be provided following the completion of the Site Visit. A Site Visit will be held at 10:00 on Wednesday 16 October 2019. Respondents should indicate if they intend to attend the Site Visit by providing written details of the name, company and position of each person attending to the National Gallery of Australia Contact Officer by close of business on 11 October 2019. Respondents should report to the National Gallery of Australia Security Entry (accessible from Bowen Drive, Canberra) at the date and time outlined. A National Gallery of Australia officer will provide the escort through the facilities.
