The Agency is seeking Tenders in response to this External Debt Collection Agents RFT 1000768152 from suitably qualified External Debt Collection Agents (ECAs) to deliver debt management services that supplement the Agency’s internal debt management activities for managing and collecting debt owed to the Commonwealth.

The Agency intends establishing a Deed of Standing Offer with each of the preferred Tenderer/s, whereby the services will be provided to the Agency on an “as required” basis (under this arrangement, the Agency would issue an Official Order for a specific need for the Requirement if it arises).
