The ABC has issued this Request for Information (RFI) to seek information from the market on solutions for an Incident, Hazard and Claims management system. The ABC is seeking a fully-managed, cloud-hosted Solution.
Objective: To implement a fully managed, cloud-hosted Incident, Hazard and Claims management system integrated into several existing ABC systems.
The system should provide the ability to:
• manage risk, insurance, WHS and physical security inspections, observations, reporting and management
• easily configure workflows
• integrate with existing ABC systems to automate processes
• allow off site users to access and reporting using mobile tools.
