AIS Service Manager
AMSA requires an AIS Service Manager to provide the following minimum functionality:
Configure, monitor, and manage AIS base stations;
Create and manage virtual AIS Aids to Navigation (AtoN);
Manage real AIS Aids to Navigation (AtoN);
Monitor health of AIS base stations and associated data communication network;
Connect to AIS base stations and external (Non-AMSA) AIS data streams and base stations to receive data;
Distribute data to internal and external users based on varying user needs;
Allow end users (internal and external) to view, query and download AIS data from the System;
Receive and send AIS messages via AMSA AIS base stations; and
Monitor, report on, and send AIS messages to vessels within geofenced areas.
Tenderers must meet the following conditions for participation in this ATM:
Tenders, including all attachments and supporting technical data, must be written in English.
The Tenderer must have and maintain, or have the ability to obtain, a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), Australian Company Number (ACN) prior to the contract execution and for the term of the contract.
It is AMSA intention to execute a contract with the winning tenderer by 1 June 2022. The contract length is expected to be 5 years.
