Export Finance Australia (EFA) requires a qualified and experienced mechanical services contractor to provide ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency response, and compliance support for mechanical services at Export Finance House (22 Pitt Street, Sydney). The engagement ensures continuity of critical building operations, statutory compliance (including support for Annual Fire Safety Statements), protection of employee health and safety, and mitigation of operational and reputational risk.
Scope of Requirements
The scope is defined in Appendix A - SOW and includes:

Mechanical maintenance and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, and associated mechanical systems

Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM), corrective and reactive works, and 24/7 emergency response

Cooling Tower maintenance including Legionella risk management, audits, reporting, and regulatory lodgement

Building Management Control System (BMCS) preventive maintenance, monitoring, minor programming, backups, and cybersecurity checks
-
SLA and KPI adherence, regulatory compliance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
